Things are moving with Messy Church!!!
Having tried a couple of format changes have decided to do the following:
- Messy Church will be on the first Sunday of the month from June 2026 for the next 6-months - this is replacing the all-age family service (for now).
- 9:45am for breakfast; tea, coffee, some pastries and something warm - maybe a bacon roll.
- 10:30am Messy Church starts in the sanctuary running as a coordinated session with a story, crafts and songs following the session's theme or topic.
- Finishing around 11:30am.
NOTE: Messy Church will not be live-streamed or recorded ike our regular Sunday services.

What is Messy Church?
Messy Church is a church in its own right. It doesn’t follow the format of a traditional church and includes families and people of all ages who may not have previous experience, it is a time for families to have fun together. Messy Church aims to create the opportunity for families to enjoy expressing their creativite side, sing some songs, learn about God's love together..
What goes on?
At Messy Church there will be lots of fun activities for families to do together. These could include messy craft, fun games and a opportunity to refelct on the topic. There is also a time to sing family frendly songs and hear a short story for all to enjoy.
Who can come?
Anyone, but we ask that children are accompanied by an adult. Messy Church is designed for families of whatever size and make-up: parents, single-parents, grandparents, carers, etc.
Is there a charge?
No, but we do ask for a voluntary contribution towards our costs.
